Social Responsibility Management System Certification
In 2005, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) first published its ISO 26000 guidelines on environmental, social and corporate governance. ISO 26000 aims to offer guidance and recommendations on how to improve CSR and how to build a socially responsible organization. Companies need to focus on societal, environmental, legal, cultural, and organizational diversity while implementing ISO 26000 guideline. ISO 26000 is not a management system standard, but a social responsibility guideline for which Yardstick can do assessments.
